AP provided construction management and MEP design build services for this landmark office project at CityLine. The project includes two 3-story buildings at approximately 146,000 sf each, one 4-story building at approximately 193,000 sf, and one single-story building at approximately 4,000 sf. This tilt-wall office project includes over 495,000 sf of new office space, which serves as the new regional headquarters for Raytheon.

One of the most notable challenges to the project was delays due to rain. Specifically, the project encountered over 60 lost days due to rain and muddy conditions yet the project was still brought in ahead of schedule. Additionally, the contract was increased by 36% or $33 million in scope changes, without a time extension of a single day.”
