RTX AIM CENTER
This Design-Build project consisted of a 184,000-sf, ground-up manufacturing building, including 35,000-sf of second level mezzanine, 60,000-sf of office, 30,000-sf of clean rooms, firing rooms, building connectors, food service, loading docks and amenity space.
Corgan created a strong, branded atmosphere in the heart of the facility and increased overall functionality by creating zones for customer meetings and establishing a relationship to the lobby through the use of similar materials and an interactive display for Raytheon materials, products and awards. Staff and support spaces radiate out from the meeting spaces. A social lounge area has direct access to natural light and access to outdoor space.
