The building consists of Class A office space located in the 1,000-acre master-planned community of Cypress Waters which sits alongside a 362-acre lake. The building is surrounded by additional office, multi-family and retail tenants. The project includes a three-level pre-cast parking garage with 512 spaces consisting of 167,538-sf.
