9001 CYPRESS WATERS
9001 Cypress Waters is a four-story, tilt-up, concrete core and shell office building. The building consists of Class A office space located in the 1,000-acre master-planned community of Cypress Waters which sits alongside a 362-acre lake. The building is surrounded by additional office, multi-family and retail tenants. The project included a three-level pre-cast parking garage with 821 spaces consisting of 275,000-sf.
