Vistaprint’s needs for their manufacturing facility changed as they were building the Core/Shell of their warehouse. AP won the Tenant Improvement Package when the project went back out to bid. The package included a 200,000-sf build-out for a large printing and reprographics manufacturing facility with a small office space, MEP installation, including new boiler and hot water pumps.
