New Belgium Brewing Company’s East Coast Brewery includes a 131,000-sf brewery, 5,000-sf tasting facility and a 1,800-sf Process Water Treatment Plant, built on an 18-acre site adjacent to the French Broad River in the Asheville River Arts District. The plant houses administrative offices, a brew house, a cellar, lab and a bottling hall for New Belgium’s East Coast operations. The design also includes areas for cellar and packaging expansion.
