AP is currently constructing the Mid Cities Logistics industrial development which consists of five tilt-wall buildings (372 panels) totaling 908,300-sf of core and shell distribution buildings. Additional scope on the 65-acre site includes site utilities, associated site paving (including private drives), retaining walls, MEP design-build systems, mass grading, and building construction. The tilt-wall erection sequence included lifting 20 panels a day.
