The Music Practice Jazz Lab project included upgrading and improving the jazz lab areas located in their Music Building. These spaces serve as rehearsal space for the university’s nine Lab Bands, including the highly acclaimed One O’Clock Lab Band, four vocal jazz ensembles, and the “Zebras” cover band.

The preliminary scope of work included interior upgrades, acoustical performance improvements, interior renovation for aesthetic upgrades, instructional technology, recording/webcasting capabilities, new furnishings, required HVAC/MEP modifications, and required ADA compliance.
