This project included the new construction of a 2-story, 60,000-sf building enlarging its existing Pre-K Academy to house a growing education program. The expansion increased the current Pre-K Academy partnership between Midland College and Midland ISD from 68 seats to 185 seats. The facility provides education and resources for both preschool and elementary teachers with room for additional capacity for future growth.
