The renovation of the campus' second oldest building involved a comprehensive transformation. This included installing new decorative metal panels, millwork, quartz countertops, wood paneling, linear wood ceiling panels, trims, doors, and a glass railing system. The project also encompassed new flooring, tiling, painting, appliances, an ADA wheelchair lift, fire protection, MEP systems, communication setups, AV systems, as well as electronic safety and security systems.
