RIO VISTA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL
The project involved expanding the existing facility, which now includes a new two-story building capable of accommodating 40 inpatients and a 38,000-square-foot outdoor recreation area. Additionally, a new ground-up one-story outpatient treatment center spanning 14,000 square feet, complete with additional parking, was also constructed. The expansion efforts incorporated a 5,000-square-foot renovation to their existing outpatient facility, resulting in the addition of 12 new inpatient beds.
Phase two of the project, recently awarded to AP, will focus on the second-floor build-out of the new addition. This phase will introduce an additional 20 beds, increasing the hospital’s total bed capacity to 72 beds.
