The USPI Midland Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Medical Office Building (MOB) consists of a 52,000-sf fully finished MOB, as well as a 4,200-sf expansion to USPI’s adjacent Texas Surgery Center.

The MOB included an interior fit out of three separate tenant offices, a physical therapy suite, orthopedic suite, and imaging center.
