TD Ameritrade’s Data Center Renovation included approximately 14,000-sf of interior office space and the build-out of a 10,000-sf data hall. Mechanically, the project is fitted with three 400-ton air cooled chillers, 22 chilled water CRAH units, along with pumps, controls and accessories for a N+1(2) mechanical system.  

The interior office renovation included new bathrooms, offices, conference rooms, break rooms and point of presence (PoP) rooms, as well as, new security offices, a testing and engineering lab and rack build locations.
