The QTS-FTW1-DC2 data center includes a ground up, two-story 325,000-sf 42MW data center on the existing QTS campus in Fort Worth, TX. The scope includes the construction and build-out of shelled data halls and utility yards consisting of the following: 

• Data Hall 1100 (10.5 MW)

• Data Hall 2100 (10.5 MW)

• Data Hall 1200 (10.5 MW)

• Data Hall 2200 (10.5 MW)
