The adaptive reuse project consists of the conversion of 14 floors (18-25, 32-34 & 37-39) from commercial office space to apartment units. The renovation space includes 291 apartment units, amenities, and common gathering spaces for residents to enjoy. In addition to the upper floors, construction is also taking place at Level 1 for the future leasing office, which includes a library, lounge, and retreat that will be clad with wood and other high-end finishes. Additionally, Level 1 includes outdoor amenities on the existing garage structure that will include a dog park and a private courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and pool area.
