The 132-unit apartment complex, designed by WDG Architecture, was developed by Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company and its residential subsidiary, High Street Residential. The Union at Carrollton Square project, located adjacent to Dallas’ light-rail Green Line and at the heart of Carrollton’s historic town square, was the first transit-oriented, mixed-use development in the city of Carrollton.
