The Domain at Tempe consists of 731,400-sf, five-story private student housing development situated along the new light rail line near Arizona State University. The transit-orientated development comprises 7.5 acres and has 299 student residential units and a total of 964 bedrooms. The project required demolition of existing buildings at the tight urban site prior to construction. In addition to the housing units, The Domain at Tempe includes a 10,000-square foot clubhouse; more than 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail; and a five-story, 1,000 car, precast concrete parking structure on site.
