The North Dallas Government Center project consisted of a complete demo of the existing first through third levels and build back of courtrooms, lobbies, and offices. The demo included removing the existing chilled water air handlers and distribution, adding rooftop chilled water air handlers, roof cutting, and patching. A new VAV system with electric reheat was installed and an addition of a new entry canopy was constructed.
