The LEED Gold 240,000-sf East Side Storage and Maintenance Facility provides the City of Minneapolis new vehicle storage, maintenance bays, and warehouse storage, in addition to staff offices and related spaces. The scope of the project also included a four-story parking ramp, a fuel canopy/gas station, wash bays, and outdoor covered storage.
