The LEED Gold office and emergency responder training complex sits on a 10-acre site and includes a district administration building, a training facility, a burn building, as well as campus roadways and utilities. The district required flexible office space, classroom and conferencing facilities, and vehicle and equipment maintenance bays. This project balanced cost, constructability, and sustainable features to produce an award-winning building that exceeded the client's expectations and provides critical resources for the training of these highly specialized first responders.
